Christmas Eve Children's Nativity
The annual Christmas Eve Children's Nativity proved to be a very popular event again this year. It now represents an important part of our children's preparation for Christmas, with many of them playing an active role in the event.

Children came dressed in a wide variety of nativity costumes including Angels, Kings, Shepherds, Stars and Donkeys, along with Mary and Joseph. The nativity story was beautifully narrated by Katie Szolin, enabling the children to re-enact the nativity story. We were also privileged to have music provided by a group of our young talented musicians - Barney, Bill Joe, and Max, all of whom had returned from University for the Christmas season.

Following the Nativity story, the Parish Christmas Tree in the Church was then enthusiastically decorated by the Children, who then all received gold chocolate coins and a Christmas activity pack.

A thoroughly enjoyable morning was then completed as everyone gathered in the Parish Centre to enjoy tea, coffee and mince pies, with the kind donations raised donated to Emmanuel House, Nottingham to support the homeless.
