The soaring temperatures didn't stop Little Lambs baby and toddler group from celebrating the start of summer with its Hawaiian-themed
beach party on Monday.
50 people attended the event, keeping cool indoors as the group provided much-needed shade, freshly chilled fruit and ice pop refreshments.
Children wearing the best Hawaiian-themed outfits received prizes, and the bubble machine and parachute provided added excitement and a welcome breeze for all the guests.
